Sign an electricity contract for your address and order internet or broadband; ask the landlord or association what is already included. Cancel or transfer any old contracts.
What insurance do I need?
Home insurance (hemforsakring) is standard in Sweden and strongly recommended; it covers your belongings and liability. Update the address whenever you move.
Does the RUT deduction apply to me as a foreigner?
